About Charlie Burke
Practical consulting judgment shaped by regulated financial-services leadership
Charlie Burke is an AI and digital transformation consultant with more than 35 years of experience across regulated financial services, Big 4 consulting, and executive leadership.
Charlie Burke founded Stonebridge AI Advisors to help regulated financial institutions modernize document-heavy workflows in a way that is practical, defensible, and aligned with the realities of high-accountability environments.
His background includes executive leadership at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas, where he served as Vice President and Director of Financial Operations and Digital Initiatives. Earlier in his career, he worked in Big 4 consulting at KPMG and Ernst & Young and later served as a principal in a startup consultancy founded by a former Ernst & Young partner.
Across more than three decades, his experience has spanned financial operations, mortgage programs, GSE-related environments, operational risk, digital transformation, and consulting-led change.
Stonebridge reflects a simple idea: regulated institutions need more than generic AI messaging. They need consulting support that connects workflow design, governance, traceability, and practical AI use in a way that leads to implementable outcomes.
